Who we are
We, the residents of Woodland Meadows Neighborhood Association, are committed to uniting the common interests and promote the welfare of our neighborhood and its residents. The Neighborhood Association shall concern itself with a variety of issues and concerns including, but not limited to, matters affecting livability and the quality of the neighborhood and the community in general.
It is our hope to build community through fun events, fundraising activities and community involvement through a variety of committees.
We did it! Our new Woodland Meadows Neighborhood Association was officially recognized at the Vancouver City Council Meeting on February 24. We are the 71st Neighborhood Association in the city.
Woodland Meadows First BBQ Cook Off
Please scan the QR code if you're interested in participating in the July BBQ Cook Off. Participants will choose between the two categories: chicken thighs or ribs. Participants will cook in their homes and bring their final products at 5:00pm to the park where it will be judged. We are requiring a $10 registration fee to cover the purchase your choice of thighs or ribs. The two first place winners will receive a trophy. Please scan the QR code to register! Little Library Ribbon Cutting
On Saturday, June 22nd after our General Membership Meeting we cut the ribbon to our new little library. The N.A received a grant from the City of Vancouver to help cover the cost. If you'd like to donate to help with the rest of the cost please link to Zeffy below. We appreciate any and all donations!
Thanks to this clean up crew (Janet, Josh, Rita, Eli and Sydney) We picked up over 25 pounds of trash, which was less than we had to pick up in March! Missing in photo are Carrie, April and little Ronan! Great to have new people join us. We’ll do another in the fall. Hope to see you then!!
