Who we are
We, the residents of Woodland Meadows Neighborhood Association, are committed to uniting the common interests and promote the welfare of our neighborhood and its residents. The Neighborhood Association shall concern itself with a variety of issues and concerns including, but not limited to, matters affecting livability and the quality of the neighborhood and the community in general.
It is our hope to build community through fun events, fundraising activities and community involvement through a variety of committees

North Boundary: North Side of NE 72nd Way, Between 156th Pl and 152 Pl
South Boundary: North Side of NE Fourth Plain Blvd., Between 156th Pl and 152nd Pl.
East Boundary: East Side of 156th Pl. Between 70th St. and 72nd Way
West Boundary: West Side of 152nd Pl, Between 70th St. and 72nd Way
This includes the Kestrel Apt residents, Goldies Texas Style BBQ, Beyond Beauty, and all the businesses
located within our boundaries. Additionally, we hope to work closely with the 5th Plain Creek Station HOA and
the Kestrel Apartment management team to help build an even better place to live, work, and play.
